1.) What payment methods can I use to place an order ?

 

We currently accept all major Credit/Debit cards and Paypal. 

 

2.) How can I place an order using Paypal? Do I need a Paypal account ?

 

Paypal is a quick and convenient way to process payments online. When you are checking out, you will be redirected to Paypal's website.

You do NOT have to be an account holder with Paypal to purchase from us. Paypal has the option to check out as a guest. After payment is successfully processed through Paypal, you will be directed back to "Grindoverdoubt.com". Paypal is also safe and secure.

 

3.)  Why did my order decline? I have money! 

 

When you place an order, please make sure that your shipping and payment details are entered correctly. Also, if the billing address assigned to your credit/card differs from the shipping address, it may have to be entered separately at checkout.

We want you to get your goods without delay. Don't forget that apartment number or CVV code on the back of your card!

 

4.)  Do you ship internationally?

 

At the moment we only ship to the continental United States ( also Limited USA territories).  

We plan on shipping internationally in the near future.

 

5.) I just purchased some cool "Grind Over Doubt" gear... what happens next and how do I track my package?

 

You will receive a confirmation email after successfully placing an order. The tracking number will be sent out after payment clears. Orders can be tracked on USPS.com. Please click on "tools" and then "track a package" located on the upper left hand of the screen. You can then enter the tracking number to view the location of your package.

 

6.) Where is "Grind Over Doubt" located? Where do you ship your products from? Do you have a physical store?

9.)  I changed my mind and I want to cancel my order. Is this possible?

 

 We all change our minds from time to time. In the event you would like to cancel an order, contact us at godspeed@mail.com. We cant guarantee that your order will be canceled. If we have not yet shipped your order, we will gladly provide a refund within 2 business days.
